The Spirit of Mexico

Tequila is a distilled spirit made from the blue agave plant, primarily in the area surrounding the city of Tequila in the central western Mexican state of Jalisco.

Blanco (white) or Silver tequila is unaged and bottled directly after distillation. Reposado (rested) is aged between 2-12 months in oak barrels. Añejo (aged) is aged between 1-3 years in oak barrels.
